The Role

An exciting opportunity to work directly with two highly regarded, dynamic partners in their corporate practice. Working on a wide variety of interesting transactions and matters you will be responsible for assisting partners and senior associates on a wide range of transactions, dealing with clients and other law firms, and drafting transaction documents.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a willing team player who collaborates well and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. You have effective communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills and a pragmatic mindset. You demonstrate intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and embrace all development opportunities.

The Role

A unique opportunity for a senior lawyer to take responsibility for a wide variety of interesting transactions and to develop their own relationships and practice. You will be responsible for running transactions in conjunction with the partners, dealing directly with clients, drafting and negotiating transaction documents as well as supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a willing team player, who collaborates well and can positively influence and mentor junior colleagues. You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a sometimes demanding environment. You are passionate about delivering premium service to our valued clients. You display effective communication and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
