Fleur Edwards
Fleur is a corporate and commercial lawyer at Deutsch Miller with more than 15 years experience working in private practice. Fleur’s experience includes working with multinational and medium sized companies. Fleur has acted for clients across a broad variety of industries on their acquisitions and divestment over a range of transaction sizes.
Fleur specialises in unregulated mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporate structuring, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiation of transactional and commercial agreements and regularly advises clients regarding requirements under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.
In her spare time Fleur is busy running after her active little girl and she enjoys travelling with family and entertaining friends
