Haleh is a Senior Associate in the firm’s dispute resolution practice.
Haleh has been practising as a solicitor in dispute resolution and commercial litigation since 2007. Following her qualification and practice as a solicitor in NSW, Haleh then spent 10 years in London working as a litigator specialising in complex and sensitive private client and corporate litigation including misleading and deceptive conduct, breaches of director’s duties, shareholder disputes, matters requiring injunctive relief and insolvency claims. During her time in London she also worked for the Crown Prosecution Service specialising in confiscation and the enforcement of proceeds of crime matters.
Haleh’s varied and unique experience has provided her with a distinct skill set which allows her to provide clients with multi-faceted advice. Whether it is through litigation or negotiation, Haleh has a keen interest in providing clients with strategic and creative advice enabling them to achieve the best possible resolution to their dispute. Haleh is also dedicated to establishing strong working relationships with her clients.
In her spare time, Haleh enjoys dining out, going to the gym, playing tennis and travelling abroad.
