Taryn joined Deutsch Miller as a paralegal in 2014. She graduated with an LLB/BA from Macquarie University in 2015 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW early 2016.
Since joining the firm, Taryn has developed a keen interest in commercial contract disputes, regulatory compliance, and quasi-criminal matters.
For Taryn, the firm has played a significant role in her exposure to and experience with a wide range of commercial matters including a large variety of complex disputes at an early stage in her career.
In addition to law, Taryn has an academic background in the humanities and social sciences and she is a keen advocate for the advancement of women in the legal profession.
Outside of work, Taryn enjoys staying fit and is an active NRL supporter. In her spare time she is involved in community sports and can often be found playing touch football, coaching netball, or cheering on the Manly Sea Eagles.
