An exciting transaction for our Corporate M&A team involving Alistair Jaque (Partner), Simon Correggia (Special Counsel) and Sally Yang (Associate) on the sale of Hammond Street Developments to ASX listed Atturra Limited.

It was a great opportunity for our team to collaborate with Pierre Briand and his team at SCD Advisory on this sale
