Landmark decision of NSW Supreme Court

We are very pleased for our 10 clients who, as off-the-plan purchasers, successfully resisted the vendor/developer's attempt to rescind their sale contracts following the expiry of the 'sunset date'.  This is a landmark decision of the NSW Supreme Court that provides important guidance to the property industry on how section 66ZL of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW) will be applied going forward.
