Charlotte is a corporate and commercial lawyer at Deutsch Miller. Charlotte has experience in advising on a variety of corporate advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, capital raisings, shareholders agreements, employee share plans, and corporate structuring. She also has experience in drafting a variety of commercial documents and enjoys helping businesses grow and meet their goals.
Charlotte is driven, hardworking, and approachable with the ability to think laterally and solve problems efficiently. Charlotte speaks English and German as well as conversational French, and, having lived and studied in a number of countries, has learnt to quickly adapt to different environments.
Prior to joining Deutsch Miller, Charlotte worked at a large international law firm where she advised on a range of corporate advisory matters and also gained experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property and competition law.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Business and Laws (with first-class honours) in 2018 and completed an exchange semester at the University of Lucerne, Switzerland.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys challenging her physical abilities, travelling, spending time with her family and friends (and her dog Cooper) and finding new and innovative ways of including Nutella with every meal.
