Jordan is an associate in our corporate and commercial practice with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, commercial property, technology, privacy and telecommunications.
He is passionate about understanding different client businesses and believes that acting in a client’s best interests involves both practical legal advice and commercial acumen.
Prior to joining Deutsch Miller, Jordan specialised as a corporate counsel advising on corporate structuring, corporate governance, debt financing, shareholders’ agreements and commercial leasing and licensing. Jordan has also worked on company constitutions, trust deeds, international franchising, facility agreements and private and public company policies.
Jordan graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in finance with Distinction) in 2016. Throughout university Jordan had a particular interest in different legal systems around the world and studied the American legal system at the University of California, Berkeley and international and European Union law at the University of Amsterdam.
Jordan loves to stay active by playing basketball, snowboarding and exercising at the gym. His favourite sports team is the Denver Nuggets and is often told he has too many pairs of sneakers.
