Our Corporate team led by Alistair Jaque, Sally Yang and Antony Bull acted for Valsoft Corporation on another acquisition. The latest acquisition of Forms Express, an industry leader in transactional mail, billing and payment services across Australia and New Zealand will strengthen its Local Government software portfolio.
